The Houston Press Music Awards showcase was held on July 26th, 2009. The event presented many of this year’s Press Awards nominees with one last chance to make their case before voters. I managed to catch 7 artists, including B L A C K I E, the Tontons, Heptic Skeptic, Runaway Sun (by far the best performance), and the Mackenzies. This is my photo recap.
